Is it true Courts in the USA are all commercial in nature?
An AAF Petitioner, as the injured party, requires remedy for man, from the New York State Supreme Court, County of Delaware, Case # EF2018-290, here as there is no money, there is no remedy. Given these courts are all commercial in nature (EIN# 14-6013200), and the State of New York is identified as commercial in nature (EIN# 14-6013200), how does a corporation have authority over man or his land/property and home in direct violation of man’s rights?
This is disgusting because all Judges work for Capital and not for the American People!
